S-PVD(TiN) Coating
S-PVD(TiN) improves the impact resistance and wear resistance of TiN coating.
TiN Coating
As a standard for titanium coating, it is widely used for cutting tools such as drills and cutters, and decorations. It is also suitable for die molds with tight dimensional tolerances.
TH Coating
TH coating provides excellent oxidation resistance and high hardness. When applied to a carbide cutting tool, it is effective in high-speed cutting of both hardened steel and high-hardness steel.
WPC Surface Treatment
WPC can improve the hardness, fatigue strength, and residual compressive stress of metal products by injecting high-speed dedicated media with the size of 200μm or less to the targeted surface.
